Here are some shots of projects we’ve done in the past. We will continue to add new photos as projects are completed.

Here is a before and after picture of a Craftsman style home in Pleasant Hill, CA.  This is an example of a recently completed project by LEAD Construction.

Here is a photo of the interior after the renovation was completed. It’s amazing how different rooms can look after they’re given some good old fashioned TLC.   In this room the walls and ceiling were retextured and painted.  Crown moulding and baseboard was added.  Trim was added around the windows, can lights were installed in the ceiling and the hardwood floors were re-finished.

This photo is of a bathroom recently completed by LEAD, located in Martinez, CA.  The bathroom was reconfigured from one sink to include two sinks as well as new travertine tile flooring in place of carpet in front of the custom made cherry wood vanity with mahogany stain.  The counter top is absolute black granite with top mounted vessel sinks.  The walls and ceiling were retexturized and painted with baseboard,  new outlets, lighting and mirrors added.

LEAD recently completed a bathroom renovation in Walnut Creek.  The layout was reconfigured from a tub/shower to a soaking tub, and separate free standing shower with frameless doors.   A window was installed to let in natural light and help with ventilation.  The custom made vanity is cherry wood with a marble top.  A wall was removed between the vanity and shower to open the space and make it more usable.
