CUBITURE - Furniture Systems & Cubicles, Inc.

Cubiture specializes in commercial-grade office furniture and cubicle systems, as well as remanufactured Herman Miller cubicle systems. LEAD was responsible for construction of this 40,640 sq. ft. tenant space which included 8,800 sq. ft. of premier showroom and office space, 26,240 sq. ft. of production area and warehouse, 3,500 sq. ft. of wood shop, and a 2,100 sq. ft. fabric shop. This project consisted of grinding, polishing, and sealing the existing slab for a beautiful finish in the showroom,and included high-end finishes including solid surface countertops, premium millwork, designer wallcoverings, and specialty light fixtures. The wood shop and fabric shop included underfloor electrical and HVAC ventilation to allow for manufacturing of custom cubicles systems including a high-tech paint booth.
